The benefits of becoming an LTP tenant

Thrive Asheville’s Landlord-Tenant Partnership Program connects tenants with potential landlords, guides them through the process of using their Housing Choice Vouchers and supports a successful move into a private market rental. The LTP program also provides opportunities for tenants to engage in community, support each other, and access the resources needed for success. Thrive’s Landlord-Tenant Partnership Navigators help both tenants and landlords navigate the process.
